This company's service personnel, call takers, everyone, rude, act very arrogant, towards its customers, I paid for my softener in full. But now that it is installed, we have had nothing but problems trying to get it fixed. We've only had it for 2 months.

Service personnel had no clue to why it kept clogging up, duh, heavy rural water, the reason we bought it. We had about a week worth of good, actually awesome water, what a difference, then it went down from there and absolutely no body at Culligan can fix it, wants to return my calls, Won't return mail (I sent certified and have a receipt proving they received it).

I will not recommend this ,to anyone, actually will tell all about our experience. DONT BUY FRIM CULLIGAN!!!!! 35b4451

I absolutely agree. The girl in the office was absolutely rude and arrogant. She knows nothing about customer service. We are seriously considering buying another water softener and it won't be from them
