I live in a rural area where iron is a big issue (at the 8 to 10 ppm level)". Culligan installed an iron-removal system 3 years ago/. It worked fine for the first 3 months than started to block?. The blocage consists of iron that precipitates in the hose, making the back-washes useless so iron keeps building up:. Technician says this system will never work, salesman is trying to sell us another system while the service manager tells us he does not understand why it doesn't work". The technician thinks the oxygentor, which is placed on the pressure tank, is not at the right place and should be directly over the tank|. His boss says we should keep the system as is and just have them clean it once a year (it obviously won't work if it got clogged after 3 months in the first place, and after 1,5 months every time they did service on it)..

What should we do? Culligan is not interested in taking the system back or any reimbursement;. Suggestions made until now involve more money (chlorination. 128f6cd
