I rented a water cooler from Culligan and there ended up being a problem with water delivery. I went to their site where it asks you how you would like to be contacted. I checked email and emailed them my problem. They kept calling me to talk about it despite the fact that my work hours did not allow me to speak with them on the phone until after their business hours. I kept requesting email communication and they kept phoning. In the meantime, they have been taking $34 out of my account every month for more than a year and will not stop. I have not received water in over a year and I owe them no money. Do yourself a favor and get a Britta! 35b41b3
