I recently moved from San Diego to Baltimore. I brought my Culligan tanks with me to save the expense of purchasing new ones. I had an installation assessment scheduled, but the guy never showed up or even called. This morning I tried to reschedule the appointment, and the lady was rude upon breaking the news of their $89 per hour labor fee, and acting like she just really didn't care. Conclusion: unless you're willing to be a new customer and purchase tanks, they don't care about you. Well, there's better companies out there, and frankly their technology is outdated anyway. 35b40cb
