| 1. Written by Hey Culligan Man on January 11, 2012 1 thing that many people do not take into consideration is that everytime a service man makes a house call he has a rolling shop coming to you. There are many costs from vehicle, taxes, fuel, tools and parts that are on these trucks. A service call fee is needed to pay for the convenience of service coming to you.
