We have had a sulphur removal unit for 7 years now..works on occasion...but needs looked at often. They had to replace a media tank and instead of bringing the tank up the stairs they drained into the sump pump for our furnace...filling it with black media. Plugged this underground sump up and never said one word to us. My husband began noticing water accumulating in basement looked in sump..filled with black (carbon?) media. Tried sucking as much out as possible with wet vac. Next time culligan came over they agreed they probably did it...but it "shouldn't be too hard for you to remove" What? The sump to this day isn't working, we had to unplug it due to it coming on and just runnning constantly but not getting anything out. Why doesn't culligan take responsibility for anything they cause? I really would like an answer to that question. 128f5f2
