Had water softener installed by them, they did not inform me of two fees they charge on a monthly basis, which added $10.00 per month to my charges, and then one month they charged me (by debit card, so I couldn't dispute it) for 4 bags of salt. There's NO WAY my tank needed that much salt, because I was watching it. When I called them up to complain, they had a total disregard for it. So I had it removed, but they did not inform me that if I didn't give them 30 days notice I would not get a refund prorated, so they not only got the charges for the salt they didn't add, they got an extra free month out of me. NEVER US CULLIGAN OF PORT ST LUCIE! I have complained to corp, doubt if it will do any good. Too bad I can't have someone arrested for thievery, because they did steal 2 bags of salt ($) from me. 35b4281
