After cancelling my Culligan home water delivery service I was still charged the next month's service of $36.00, and when I phoned to talk to them about it I was told that they would issue me a cheque but it would take a few months. So I waited a few months and phoned them again to say I had not been reimbursed for the month of no service. I received a phone call a week later telling me they had no record of me. I had had this service for eleven years and they have no record of me?! That's right. 35b3dcd
